Mr. Toan graduated from Ho Chi Minh City Economics – Banking University and
Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, and having over 22 years in the accounting and
financial field and many years practicing law professionally.
After working for multinational and local large firms like Hunter Douglas, Triumph
International, Mitsui Construction, REE Corporation, BlueScope Buildings, Luat Viet
Solicitors & Advocates mainly on charge of finance, taxes and corporate compliance
matters, Mr. Toan brings the level of experience, knowledge and professionalism
typical of such firms to his current practice with a view to better satisfying various
requirements of our clients.
Toan is the member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association, the Ho Chi Minh City
Jurist Association, the Vietnam Association of Accounting (VAA) and Business Legislation
Club (Ministry of Justice).
Toan joined to The Ho Chi Minh City Accounting Association since 2001.
Toan has had many efforts in building up and development for Ho Chi Minh City Accounting Association.
Therefore, he has received The Award Certificate from Ho Chi Minh City Accounting Association in years 2007 – 2008 for these achievements accordingly.
Becoming a member of The Ho Chi Minh City Jurist Association since 2006, then he has joined with Binh Thanh District Jurist Association on 2008.
